A. Margaret Boyd International Study – Ohio Fellowship

GUIDELINES
 
The A. Margaret Boyd International Study - Ohio Fellowship was developed to promote international goodwill and cultural exchange through educational study and travel.
 
THE FELLOWSHIP
A stipend of up to $5,000.00 is available for international study only if credit is earned through an accredited university.
 The stipend will only be paid to the university for credit hours.
 
QUALIFICATIONS
Applicant must be a member of the Ohio State Organization of Delta Kappa Gamma International Society and be involved at the chapter, state, and/or international level.
 
Applicant will indicate how the international study will enhance teaching, community service, and/or Delta Kappa Gamma programs.
 
An interview may be requested.
 
APPLICATION
Completed application forms are due February 1.

PROCESS
 
Applicant must have all necessary materials included in the JotForm application.
 
Upon receipt of all completed applications, ADSOEF will review the applications and will recommend its decision to the ADSOEF Board of Directors for funding.  Distribution of funds will follow.
 
REQUIREMENTS
 
1. Within thirty (30) days of completion of the study, send to the ADSOEF Director/Liaison an article suitable for publication describing the research/study and how it benefits students and education. 

2. The recipient shall apply to present a breakout session at the subsequent Ohio State Organization Convention.
 
Failure to complete requirements 1 and 2 will affect future funding through ADSOEF.
 
ADDITIONAL OPPORTUNITY
 
Present a program for Ohio State Organization chapters, classrooms, and/or the community
organizations.
